Yoga Essence is a yoga school founded by Marcia Leite in 2004. Since then, Marcia has been offering a wide range of yoga services including classes, workshops, retreats, yoga immersion, and consultations, and has recently become a Yoga Mentor for Iyengar Teacher Training. In 2010, Marcia founded the Yoga Essence Centre, the first yoga school in Birkenhead. Since 2018, Yoga Essence has been operating as a Boutique Yoga School and has thrived with a group of dedicated students.
Yoga Essence's vision is to educate people in the art, science, and philosophy of yoga. Yoga is an ancient practice that has the aim to transform the individual into a more positive, healthy, and fulfilled being.
Most of Yoga Essence students have been practicing with us for at least 5 years. Some of the students have been following us throughout the years wherever Yoga Essence go. We consider that a testimonial of our teachings and education on yoga.
